SharkTime over SharkVPN for Student and Temp employees

 

  • Create ticket in ServiceNow with form attached Completely filled out and signed
  • email form also to SharkTime@nova.edu

Ticket will be forwarded to Network Operations.

Note: Student must be registered as a Student Employee (have a NSU work email:  @nova.edu)

VPN access will be provided by the OIIT Network Team, once Payroll approves the required SharkTime Remote Access Form (previously called Mobile Access Request Form). Payroll determines the length of time remote access is granted for and advises the Network Team on how long to grant VPN access for.

For your request:

  1. Fill-out "SharkTime Remote Access Request Form " form

    REQUEST FOR SharkTime MOBILE ACCESS:

  2. Send the Completed (Supervisor signed) form to this ticket, (make sure to put Ticket number on the form (Top of form))
  3. Email a copy to SharkTime@nova.edu

 

 

Once both, attached to ticket and emailed (Sharktime@nova.edu), is Completed, the ticket will be forwarded to NetOps.

 

 

Pulse Secure/SharkVPN can be downloaded from SharkVPN.nova.edu
If it is a NSU Laptop please call 954-262-0070, if personal laptop, download and install.
